As customer’s request, we designed the line as a U shape to save the space.

250ml-3000ml honey filling elevator feeding caps metal caps screw capping top and round body labeling machine line. The whole line was assembled bottle feeding turntable and collection turntable to be an automatic packaging line.

Workers can place many bottles on the turntable, the turntable rotates, the guide tracks on the turntable will guide the bottles to the outlet of the turntable as a line.

4 nozzles 3L servo controlled piston pump honey filling machine

The line is adjustable for many different shape and size containers. This 4 nozzles servo filling machine fills 4 bottles at the same time, also can be used as any other automatic liquid filling machine, like oil filling machine, etc.

Metal caps screw capping machine with elevator

Customer has different shape and size bottles and caps, so we adopted elevator to feed caps. Elevator has large adjust range, different size caps just need to change the cap tracks. Cause it's a rotary type machine, so when change to different size bottles need to change the star-wheel. It's an automatic machine, can finish caps placing and tightening them on bottle mouth automatically.

Top and round body labeling machine

Customer need to stick the top anti theft labels and body labels onto bottles, we adopted munti-function labeling machine which can label both top labels and body labels automtacitally, no need to change parts, just need to adjust the machine according to different size. Customer can adjust it according to the bottles they are filling and capping.

Finished bottles collecting turntable

Finished bottles come with conveyor, will be collected in this turntable, waiting for workers to do next packaging movement.
