Principle of the Chicken cubes counting and filling cups sealing and press capping machine:
Workers place empty cups onto the muti conveyors feeding table bottom up, the table will feed cups one by one. Then the Pneumatic claw will grab the cups, one time one cup, and flip the cups to be mouth up in timing belt's molds. Cups will go with the belt, when one cup arrive below the filling nozzle, the counting and filling machine will count requested number cubes and fill them into the cup, once finish the filling, belt will take the cup and the other empty cup comes. Filled cup keeps going, once it arrive at sealing position, sealing head will come down to cut and seal a film tighten on the cup. Sealed cup keeps going, it will take a cap with it when passing through the lid station, and the lip wil be pressed tighten on the cup by the inclined drums. Finished.
