Overview of Miray trigger pump and dispenser capping machine

The machine adopts star-wheel to hold and location bottles, caps feeding and bottles feeding work at the same time, once enough caps are fed by the vibrator, the capping head will grab the first one cap at the caps line and horizontal move to lifting position. There is straightening claw is open waiting for the cap, it will gather to hold the pipe and move down to straighten the cap's pipe, then capping head and the straightening claw will lift down together to insert the pipe into the bottle mouth which bottle is under the capping head right now. Once the claw is near to the bottle mouth, it will open, and capping head will start to rotate and tighten the cap tightenly on bottle mouth.

All the parameters can be setted on Touch screen, like lift speed, rotate speed, capping torque, delay time, lift distance, etc.

This machine is suitable for the following bottles and caps:

Cause the caps have long pipes, so the vibrator cannot stock many caps in the hopper, we suggest customer to use a caps elevator to provide caps to vibrator periodically.
